my supps
hi, im just about cleared to head back to the gym and ive got most of my supplements bought. i've got micronized monohydrate, glutamine, whey protein and a good multivitamin. should i take the mono and glutamine 5g pre-workout and 5g post along with a shake post? and should i buy some bcaa's? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

don't take the glutamine with the protein(glutamine is not absorbed well with whey)!take the creatine in the morning and with the prot shake after ur workout!I personally think bcaa's a waste of money!if u take enough protein and ur diet is well planned there is no reason to take them!

yeah, i snapped my humerus in half. so when do i take the glutamine? pre-wo?

i used to take it when i woke up and after my post workout meal(not the sake) 5 gr both times
