I was wondering when you guys take your creatine?
I used to take it like an hour or so before my workouts. Now the only creatine i get is in my PWO SHake.
For my carbs ive been using a product called Vitargo CGL(70g Carb 10g Creatine).
Anyone else ever used Vitargo? Kinda wondering if this is the type of thing I should be taking an hour before my workouts as well. Since its supposed to be a special delivery system.

Never used it.
I use 10g micro with dextrose PWO.
Pre-WO, I use 5g micro in a whey shake, 40g whey, 2 cups water, just a 1/2 cup of milk.

if you want it for a workout strength boost its probably best to take it before your workout, if you want it for recovery time its best to take it post workout.

Yea I was thinking of using it before my workouts, and then going to dextrose for my PWO Shake.
