I did a search for this but did not find exactly what I was looking for. My question is do you cycle on and off of creatine or do you use it like your multivitamin and just take it every day. Right now I am using 5 grams pre and post workout days only.

I just use it in post but I am on a 2 day split. I never cycle off, but I always just use 5-7 grams daily which I think my body can utilize

You should take it everyday, workout day or not. Also you should take some time off creatine like 2 months on, 2 months off.

There are plenty of people who never cycle off. There hasnt been anything to show the body's natural production dosent fire right up after the end of the cycle. I think the 2 on and 2 off is a little short, even if you were to cycle. Just my thoughts.

I would cycle on and off bro, simply for the fact that your body will get ammune to it and eventually it will basically stop working for you. I usually do a one month on 2 weeks off cycle, it works great.
