i usually have to drink one every morning at about 9 or 10, **** today it was at nine cause im tired as ****. but anyways it says it has 28 carbs. im thinking thats pretty bad isnt it? i mean they arent the "good" kind of carbs are they? im bulking and eating like crazy so do these 28 carbs really matter?

I wouldn't worry about the carbohydrates, I think the carbonation will be a bigger problem.

im not a big health nut, i mean im trying to start to be one...so why is the carbination bad for me? i know its never been a good thing, like cokes n all, but is it bad for stamina or....

what kind of issues, jw. haha and no not 9 red bulls, usually ill drink ONE at nine or ten in the morn cause i dont get enough sleep at night. and no i dont eat hardly any fatty meals, and not after the red bulls. usually ill have chicken breast and salad for lunch, all i can usually eat...
