Hey guys a few of my capsules broke dont ask me how cuz i dunno but it pissed me off but i still got the contents that are in the capsule would it still work if i just put it in my mouth and washed it down??? let me know thanks guys

yes, it will tast pretty awful though, id reccomend mixing it with yogurt or something like that.
but u think it will be just as effective...i could care less about the taste i just want it to be in me and still be very effective
