I usually eat a bar after my workouts along with my protein and creatine. I heard a while back that bars are not good for you, any truth to that. What are some of the better ones for you?

It is true that most bars are loaded w/ sugar, IMO... not a healthy choice.
Real food is alot better for you...
i heard those chef jay bars are really good. they have them on the allsportsnutrition site, they supposidy taste great and dont melt
all bars suck IMO
to much sugar and fat in them, but i have never found one that tasted better than detour.........god i love those
