    Help

    Well I'm about 5'10 and I want to loose around 30-40 lbs. I eat pretty good and do cardio but just cant loose it. Any recommendations on what to take? I heard creatine/nO2 would work. All help is appreciated

    Get your diet in order before you try to use supplements to aid it.

    yeah man, get your diet in check, and creatine and no2 arent gonna do anything to help you lose weight. Eat right, cut out all the junk, and research some fat loss supplements after that

    But havent all the fat loss supplements lost their touch after ephedra became illegal?

    Diet and cardio are going to do more for you than fat-loss supp's, and creatine and no2 are not going to help you lose weight. Get your diet in check first, and if you want to really cut then get clen .

    Like i said diet and cardio will do more for you than anythign else. And you shouldn't make comments on sources and stuff like that, you'll probably end up getting scammer pm's sayin they can hook you up with clen now.
