You can't lose fat in one area. Cardio and diet are the way to do it. If they aren't working you need to modify what you are doing. I suggest checking out the diet forum.

Yeha spot reduction is not possible, so you need to lose fat everywhere to get your lower abs to come out. Your best bet is to get your diet and cardio in check before anything, but if you need to do it faster just go with good diet and cardio and use clen .

I wonder if there will come a time that everyone will understand two things:
* You can't spot reduce (oh, oh, here comes the injectable fat burner arguement)
* Abs are almost all diet/cardio-- you must burn more calories than you take in to reduce fat. If you reduce the fat covering a muscle, you will see it. Pure logic. Less fat, more visibility. You can do a jillion crunches, a jillion whatever, but if you live of twinkies, you will NEVER have a good six pack.

In males, the gut will be the last area the body will take fat from, it will start in your extremities(sp?) then move in. Or maybe its the other way around.

The gut is the first place fat is stored and conversely, the last place it comes off (in males)

Is any one here good with Paint or some other program? It would be so funny to see a male with female fat depots.
