    my sister takes this before taking a test or exam, its suppose to increase your memory. anyway anyone know what th8is stuff really does to you and its benefits? ive tried it and it tastes awful. but other people swear by it.

    i have no idea but before taking a written exam she takes this and help improve her memory.
