I have read an article on here which said that it was good for increasing appetite. A book that I have on vitamins and minerals says that it is good for iron metabolism, nerve condition and cell life, and that deficiency symptoms are pernicious anaemia, fatigue, depression, nervousness and loss of reflex responses. Of course if you have anaemia and are on gear, you might not notice.

I use it and i love it. Its one of my favorite supplements now. It makes me hungry as h3ll and it helps in the formation of red blood cells and metabolism of protein and fat. Helps growth in children too. Its good stuff, some people exagerate a little about it but its definately worth using IMO. Especially if on cycle, you can get injectable and cut whatever your stacking with it to take away some of the pain, this is especially good for test prop.
