    Lipoderm or Ab-Solved

I've heard good things about both but some people still have difference opinions. For someone that wants to loose about 40lb, should they take ab-solved first to lean down THEN take lipoderm? Any help is appreciated

Get your diet and cardio in check and the pounds will fly off. Diet and cardio are much more important than what you take supp-wise.

I have lipoderm but I've never tried absolved. I use lipoderm before my morning cardio. Just thought I'd try it out. I read that lipoderm is better for 'outside fat' and absolved for 'inside fat' if that makes any sense. Thats the only way I can describe it - there's other bio-jargon I can't remember.

I've been using it for about 2 weeks, so I'll give it more time. Its been going well so far, but it is probably my cardio and diet. Hard to tell the net contribution of lipoderm. I don't have much to go to reach my bf goal, and I think it works best for those that just want to put the finishing touches on a cutting cycle.
