    ECA stack

    Ive done searches and looked in the educational threads and can't find any exact directions on a homemade eca stack. I don't know much about this because in my 6 years training i've never cut down scince ive never had to. I guess all those years of bulking just snuck up on me whe my metabolism slowed down. 23 yo 182 lbs 5"6'. I have 25 mg ephedrines, 81 mg Ecotrins, I don't know how much caffine to use and how many times to take this. Also any info to counter why "this isn't safe" would help me explain it to the girl Im takling to. Please help-thx

    Common dosage is 25mg/200mg/100mg ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin.

    What the hell where can I find ECA stack? Ive done searches on yahoo and apparently it's discontinued by the company that makes it. Am i $hit outta luck or what?

    I make mine. Buy a bottle of regular old aspirin. I also have a bottle of caffeine capsules - $3.50 for 100. I also bought ephedrine for $5 for 100 tabs. The brand of the ephedrine was Bolt Energy. I got the caffeine and ephedrine from my local MuscleMag store but I'm sure you can find them online.
