    R-ala and biotin

    I was reading posts about R-ala and they said you have to take it with Biotin... why is this? You can take Ala by itself I was just curious why the biotin...

    You can use it by itself.....Biotin helps your body use the RALA, but its not needed for it to work, but Id recommend it.
