need some advice
i am 2 months shy of 17, 5'9" and 150lbs. i need to put on good size in about 7 months. what what be the best thing to take while i am uping my cals and training hard? is working out two specified bodyparts a day a good plan? plz give some advice if you could. :yellowcon

All you need is food and protein shakes bro (being only 16). It's okay to work two bodyparts a day, I just wouldn't train the same part twice a week.
