    increase appetite

    whats up everyone,
    i've used the search and haven't really found anything. is there anything available (over the counter supps) to help increase your appetite? i would like to be able to take something post cycle to keep my calories up and eat more in general.

    LOL, not quite over the counter though is it. I've heard that B12 is suppose to increase appetite as well, but it's not exactly over the counter either.

    try spacing your meals out rather than eating 4 big meals, it has been working for me but who knows everybody is different, what has worked for me might not for you. sometimes you have to just force feed>>
