    when to take creatine?

    Before or after workout? and what brands/products do most use?

    its most likely best to take it before a work out, and also not on an empty stomache. it can take upto 1+ hr(s) before creatine starts getting used by the muscles in the body.

    i have one before and after a workout. for strength and recovery. i am currently trying san v12
