another B-12 question

if i just took the capsules would it have the same effect as if i was taking the injections??? Any feedback would be appreciated!

For the longest time i thought it was more effective injecting it, but its the same if you dose them the same.

What exactly is the advantage of taking B-12, or what's the theory behind taking it. I am not sure why someone would want to inject it.

The reason for injecting it is to cut it with steroids that hurt, this makes the injection alot more tolerable. The reason for using it altogether is to increase carb, fat and protein metabolism.

NSA what would be a good does if i was taking it in pill form

500 mcg is fine, i use 1000 mcg a day but i probably pee out some of it.
