Can't say from personal experience, but my buddy just came off it and we were talking about how he felt his appetite increased when he was on, so I guess it just all depends on the person....
Dude, my appetite is gone. Even with b-12 i have to choke down like 4-5 meals a day.
Yeah that's all that I've read about that's why me and my buddy couldn't understand why his appetite went threw the roof while he was on...

my appetite has decreased, but not by too much thank god, i do find myself not wanting anymore food at times
Lowered my appetite, didn't kill it though.
mine is ok i defintely ok with maintaining maintenance calories about bulking diet on m1t forget it, i wouldnt be able to eat that much!Quote:
