    M1T and appetite

    How is M1T affecting everyone's appetite? It's killed mine. I'll eat a chicken breast and I feel like I've eaten a whole cow.

    Can't say from personal experience, but my buddy just came off it and we were talking about how he felt his appetite increased when he was on, so I guess it just all depends on the person....

    Dude, my appetite is gone. Even with b-12 i have to choke down like 4-5 meals a day.

    my appetite has decreased, but not by too much thank god, i do find myself not wanting anymore food at times

    mine is ok i defintely ok with maintaining maintenance calories about bulking diet on m1t forget it, i wouldnt be able to eat that much!
