    PWO shake

    would I be able to tan right after I work out and consume the PWO shake say half an hour after my workout or does it absolutly have to be taken right away?

    Why dont you just drink your shake and then go tanning, thats what I do.

    heh, with my gym as busy as it is that wouldnt go over too well.
