    Question Getting Cut Or Mass better?

    Hey I was wondering I mostly just do workouts to get cut and am not that worried about getting big until i get pretty cut. I was wondering what is better to get cut then swole or vise versa? Also I've never taken supplements but I was wanting to start taking some to get the excess lbs. off and get really cut what would be the best thing to take?

    I like to alternate between bulking and cutting. Diet and cardio are the best for getting cut, for supplements i would have to say clen .

    agree a 100%...Go back and forth from bulking to cutting keep your body guessing.

    i guess it really all depends on you.. if you have a lot of excess BF i'd say go ahead and cut, if your BF is low then bulk. it's really up to you and how you wanna look
