You can do plenty of workouts that dont workout your lower back...If you're dependent on working out your lower back, then get off of the swole.

Oh, then I would get off the swole and just take protein. Can you still do cardio?

I dunno about swole, i've never tried it, so i can't make a good judgement on it.

Me n my mate did the same cycle of swole, nitrous and nov 4 a month, and saw no improvement on our usual gains, a very slight pump increase, but that about it, basically all those supplements are a waste of valuable cash that cud b spent on stuff that actualli works. Basically just take the basics, multivits, protein shakes, and i personally like to take glucosamine, to help strengthen my joints and cartillige, u mite find that helps prevent future back problems.

IMO cell-tech is great but overpriced. You can make your own cell-tech for 1/3 of the price and get the same results and it doesn't taste like a$$.

Swole V2 should not be taken in the twice daily recommended dosage if you are not lifting. I would cut back to one dose every other day to maintain the Swole in your system if you plan on continuing to use when you are lifting again...if you're not gonna lift for more than a week or 2 then just come off it all together.

special delivery creatines are only effective IMO as plateau busters for those who are tested (---otherwise just use AS). other than that micronized creatine monohydrate taken with dextrose to aid in hormone release for delivery is sufficient.

The injury lol or leasts this is what the doctor said, is i overused and strained all the muscles in my lower back and its causing bad muscle spasms. Ive had these before but they are a whole lot worse to point i cant lift. Ive got a good training program, diet is a little hard to obtain, i work on a farm and its pretty much this is whats to eat you it or you dont. so im surei could have improvements on my diet.

Yeah, I guess working on a farm, your training is usually pretty much in check. I personally think just about everybody's diet could be better. I would say check out the threads on making your own cell-tech. It is the same stuff, and a lot cheaper.
