I took 2 bottles of nox2 and it gives you pumps while you work out, but no extended pump bs they promise. Also, anything that you notice while on Nox2 disappears once you cease taking it. Spend your money elsewhere! Food, Whey, Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA's are all better ways to spend your cash!

Why take creatine when that "disappears once you cease taking it" as well?

Ive heard taking No2 while on creatine(TRAC brand) is a good combo, something about the nitric oxide turning water in the muslces to muscle fibers.

I agree with blown. Anything besides the basics is a waste IMO.

I've had a positive experience with SAN V-12...though I'm not sure if I like it that much that I want to continue paying 30 bucks a tub for it. Good pumps and a nice swole feeling early on in the gym. Tastes incredibly sickening sweet though.

For me, some gains from creatine remain after I cycle off. Therefore, the results do not entirely disappear once I cease taking it. It is true, that when you stop taking creatine, there is a pretty big drop in weight, but most of the weight lost is water weight, not muscle mass. NO2, on the other hand, only provides you with motivation to work out IMO, b/c it makes you appear more vascular and pumped while working out. However, I experienced no weight gain whatsoever while on NOX2. And I noticed no gains after I finished two 2-month cycles.

Take NO2 if you like, I'm not saying it doesn't work. You will be extremely pumped during workouts. However, is it worth the cost?
