Hey bros, I'm not noticing any change whatsoever in appetite or energy with 500 mcgs of b12. So should I go up to 1000 mcgs or just stick with 500 mcgs? Thanks.

I use 1000 mcg ED of b-12. I feel that i can take in more than 500 mcg but less than 1000 mcg, so i take in 100 mcg and just piss out the excess.
Alright, I think I'll give 1000 mcg's a try then. If that doesn't do anything I'll just stick with 500 mcgs until I run out of the stuff. It's kinda fun to stick yourself anyway. :)
