    Talking Creatine and splenda.

    Do you think if i mix my creatine with 2 packets of splenda, that will be enough to cause an insulin spike?

    Splenda won't do it, Try using a few grams of dextrose, that will do it.

    I don't think there is enough dextrose in splenda to spike your insulin levels. Isn't 1 packet = 1 gram? In that case i would say use like 5 packets min.
