I would suggest taking a food amount of hawthorne berry extract with that. The ECA should get rid of the lethargy from m1t.

The strength gains from this are crazy.... I didn't believe the hype until I jumped up 15 pounds on bench last night. The pumps are wicked too..... I went from benching 285 for 1 to 300 for 1. I repped 275 x 4 last night with ease. It was impressive. The lower back pumps are getting more bearable too, I am just going to tough it out cause this $hit is insane as far as strength gains. Hopefully I can keep most of what I gain.

Have you checked your BP lately? Blood pressure is always a good barometer to how much stress your heart is handling! Go to any Firehouse or your Doc and check it and let us know. If its running within the normal range that would be a good sign!
