Need help on PCT

Just a quick question, I am doing a cycle as follows..

Weeks 1-4 10mg ED of M1t
Weeks 1-4 400mg ED of 4Derm
Weeks 1-4 1500mg ED of Hawthorn Berry Extract

PCT
This is were i am a little confused on what to do, all I have is Nolvadex an 6 oxo, how do I spit this up durng my PCT. Or should I not even take the 6 oxo (just heard it was bunk). Also I have Flax Seed Oil and Milk Thisle. Thanks in advance.

F the 6-oxo, get some clomid. If you can't get clomid, you shouldn't be running m1t.

Thanks, for the quick response NSA....I am going to scrap the 6 oxo and get the clomid. Don't need the extra growth on the chest.
