    All outta dextrose.. temporary solution?

    A banana would be fine right after im done lifting.. correct? input please

    I use honey when I don't have dextrose. I used it a long time last time as a matter of fact cause I keep forgetting

    This has been said before...Gatordae is a poor choice because it is mainly fructose. Sweet tarts are the best choice. They are pure dextrose. Honey is a great choice too, but willl not spike insulin as quickly as dextrose does.

    Personally, I love honey and I use that. MMMMM.....nature's perfect treat!

    Powdered gatorade has different ingredients than the bottled gatorade.

    Not to mention that sweet tarts are not pure dextrose. Its still a good choice if out of dextrose, but its not pure dextrose, its dextrose, maltodextrin and citric acid i believe.

    not a good idea- this is almost pure FRUCTOSE.

    these are almost pure dextrose.. and quite tasty. they also have malic acid which has some benefits as well.

    I knew someone would know the acid that was in it. Its primarily dextrose, then maltodextrin then malic acid. The best candy to use as a substitute for dextrose.
