Well, as you basically said, you know you need to cut back your sodium...there are OTC diuretics...have you tried increasing water intake?

cut your sodium to less than 1000mg/day (a can of food will likely put you over that) and get about 2 gallons of water ed

That is nearly impossible if you eat solid food...... almost all forms of Protein have some kind of sodium in them.

Just watch your sodium.... don't eat as much canned & bagged foods and make sure to drink plenty of water ED as the others have suggested. Also try to use some lemon in your water or when cooking as it is a natural diuretic.

Are you using the proper anti-e's to get rid of water retention? l-dex & nolva ed???

my bad forgot to mention it should be done for only 7 consecutive days. depending on what you eat it can be done. the results are great but doesnt last too long. i guess its more for cutting than anything.

why would he want anti e's if he's not on a cycle?

Oh **** I read the post wrong..... I thought he said I am ON cycle lol.... woops

Yea just don't overdo the sodium and drink lots of water..... do the lemon idea & maybe get some apple cidar vinegar pills and you'll get that water outa your system fast.
