Can I get some help without being ripped?What to take?
Ok, once again, I am 5;9, 177 lbs male. I am working out 5-6 days a week. I am trying to take in 225g of protein a day, low-fat, and regular carb intake. I am going to order some AM/PM protein tomorrow. How many calories should I take in to gain lean muscle, lower body fat, and keep strength or gain strength. Also, what supplements should I take without having to do PCT? I am thinking bout running Clen for 2 weeks, then a fat burner for 2 weeks off and on for 8 weeks straight. Clen is not a steroid, so I know I won't need PCT. While doing that, I am thinking bout using some Testrogel....or will I need PCT for taking it even though it's absorbed through the skin? Also, I plan on taking glutamine, and thought about taking creatine...should I do that while taking something to burn fat? Holla back at me and let me know
