hey you all ive just read some threads on glucosamine and chondrotin to help out with pain in the joints. ive had probs wiht knees, rotators, groin , and hip flexors, could these help for these problems? also is it safe to take this with creatine, glutamine, and multi's?
Ya its safe to take with what you listed. Its worth a shot and might help you a lot or not at all. I certainly noticed a differeance using it with my forearm pain while cycling. I say try it for a month if you notice a differeance than stay on if not don't waste the money.
I take them all year round never had pain. Don't know if its the pills or the fact that I just dont get sore joints.
