ok.. i was just wondering what kind of protein powders is the best take egg.. whey.. etc....

Whey protein powder is the best to use. Highest branch chain amino acid (BCAA).

just to ask the vets out there - I know that whey has the highest biological value, and is used quickest and most efficiently by the body. I just want to check:
Isn't it best to have whey straight after workouts and as soon as you wake up, due to its quick action, and to have the more time released blends (like the blends of whey, egg, soy, casein) as midday protein supplement and before sleeping - since they breakdown much slower giving a longer time for absorption, which is perfect for midday and sleep time.
is this theory correct?

WHEY for this guy. I've tried Pro Blend 55 by HDT. Its a time released protein and it contains a fair bit of egg album, and casein in it,thout it worked well for me
