Taurine Dosage Splits

Just curious on how most utilize taurine when using clen . Im planning on taking 4 grams a day to start and go from there, but im gonna split it up every 12 hours for better effect. How does everyone else run their's??? I got to thinking about it earlier and i dont think that once daily would do a good enough job, after all, taurine is an amino acid therefore is utalized pretty fast...especially considering its hydrolysed and not trapped in some poly peptide. How do you guys do it

I split up my taurine dosage evenly when i take my clen . If i take clen 2 times a day then i take an equal amount of taurine 2 times a day. I can't take clen 12 hours apart because it kkeeps me up at night.

Im going to take my clen in the morning, whether its 20mcg or 100mcg, all at once after my morning cardio and I'll be splitting my taurine up throughout the day. I got 1000mg mega taurine pills so ill just pop 5 every 2 hours probably. BTW, dont forget the 200-500mg of potassium.
