anyone heard of Growth Factor-1 (GF1). Alternative to roids. Is it any good?

Anything that claims igf-1 or hgh type effects that is OTC is crap...

All it is, is Octacosnal. It's supposid effect is just like NO2. I took it back in high school helped me a lot. Basically it claimed it made your blood absorb more oxygen.

In order to help your blood carry more oxygen you need to increase the red blood cell count.
