Clen. I like to not cut my macro intake, just keep it the same and use clen as a fat burner. If you cut your intake of food down your going to lose muscle.
You could try some creatine and do a load of vitamins just to make sure your body is getting all the sh*t that it needs.
If your diet is "on" and your cardio is in the right intensity, you shouldn't lose any muscle.
are there any negative side effects that go along with clen? I dont really want to take anabolics with androgenic effects but i wouldnt mind taking clen to burn some fat.

if you're doing a clen/eca stack are you at risk for loosing muscle during the 2 weeks 'off' period where you do the eca part? or is the clen still in your system enough to prevent this?
You can still lose muscle but you won't if you keep your macro intake where it needs to be.
