These good viamins ?
Im currently in the middle of my cycle which consists of 400mg test and 50mg stana split into 2 shots per wk.
I just wanted to know if I stuck in some of these vitamins, will it give me a boost :
Vit C / Cod liver oil / Garlic capsules / Iron / Multi-vitamins
The idea behind this is that the multi vits give me all of my RDA so the rest will make sure I get more than I need, plus all of the food I eat and the creatine should do the buissness........right?

Does your multi-vitamin contain minerals also? If so, you may be over doing it by supplementing with iron from a second source.
Vit C and Garlic are fine. Cod Liver Oil is great for Omega 3, vit a, and vit d. I personally prefer to use a blend of Omega 3 and 6 from different sources, but many people swear by the various fish oils.
With the possible exception of the iron, there is certainly nothing wrong with the supplements you mentioned.

i wouldnt take creatine on a cycle, i would wait until my pct for the creatine

the seperate multi sitamins i take contain iron as standard and give me the RDA so dont think there is any halm in it as non of the others contain it.

sorry if i wasnt clear. This is what im taking once daily :
creatine capsules - 2000mg
Cod liver oil - 400mg
Vitamin C - 100mg
Garlic capsule - 2mg
mutlivitamin with iron tablet ( iron is 14.0mg within the same tablet )

so does that sound ok to u ? And will it help my pct when i cum off the juice in couple of wks ? also should i didtch the creatine at the end of my cycle ?

The rest of your program is OK I guess. 14mg of iron is certainly not excessive. Although 400mg of EFA'a is not too much at all. I believe I would want to up that some. I would personally shoot for around five grams per day, and continue this during PCT.

Thanks eddie, I think il stick with the creatine during PCT and may even up the dosage an extra 1000mg then come off it at the same time as my PCT to give my body a well earned break from this abuse it regularly sufers ( but hey, its all for a good cause )

The point of using creatine is the make sure that my body is running at 100% at all times so as to maximise the effect the gear will have, it also helps to repair the muscles after the pounding they get at the gym.
