easy r-ala question
can someone tell me doses and times of when someone should take r-ala. i'm guessing before ingestion of carbs?

it puts the carbs in your muscles instead of the fat (if i remember correctly)

I read a post on their message board by Sphongled and he said that the best times to take it were upon waking, with high carb meals, and pre/post workout. I personally take 200mg per day off cycle and 500 while on.

4 mg of r-ala to 1 g of carbs.. should be taken with or before your pwo shake and ppwo meal....

Be sure to take extra biotin with (R)-ALA as it has a natural tendency to deplete this vitamin in your body.
