PWO protein
I usually take 2 shakes a day each with 22 g protein in it, and after learning about dex im about to start adding that PWO. But I keep seeing people talk about 50ish grams of protein in their shakes PWO. Should I be using more protein after i lift???

How much you weigh. I have seen recommendations of .5g/kg for protein PWO then double that figure for the CHO.

I weigh btwn. 195-200 pounds. I try to get btwn 150 and 200 g protein a day but a lot of it comes from chicken. Should i get more from my shakes?

CHO is carbs. I get all my protein from real food except PWO
also nobody can give you a straight answere on how much PWO pro and dex you should take. try you 44:22 for a few weeks and if you feel its not working all that great then step it up a notch

CHO is a carbohydrate.
Get protein from real food as much as possible. Food is better. If you weigh 200 then divide by 2.2 = 90 kg and .5g/kg = about 45 grams of protein PWO and 90 carbs.
