its just that i hear creatine should not be mixed with glutamine wich is in protien powder
There really isn't too much glutamine in protien powder. But if you were taking a glutamine supplement then yeah you shouldn't take them together.
i hear a lot of people on here that mix creatine with their postworkout drink which includes pro and carbs
nickrizz is correct, i in fact mix my creatine with my pwo shake.
I ALWAYS mix my creatine and glutamine together. It doesnt matter bro, either way theyre both going down to the same place(your stomach) so theyre going to get mixed up soon or later.

I mix Creatine with my PWO shake. I tried I separately for a while, made no difference.
its ok to mix them v12 sucks
