    Joint health...ie Glucosamine etc...?

What are you guys running for this. I am looking at a cycle with Eq in it and I hear it can be a little hard on the joints.

I hear that Glucosamine and Chrondrotin can be helpful to keep joint pain at bay.

Has anybody ever used the stuff with Gluco S, Chron Sul, and MSM in it...?

Try test/deca instead of test/eq if your having joint problems.

MSM is a very good product to use to help reduce joint pain. I know this for a fact because I take this. It does take a few weeks to feel the difference but be patient it will work.
