milk is good after cycle so yea
i didnt know you take it after cycle. when do you start? after your last shot or during pct? how long would you run it?
During the cycle and pct. 80% Silymarin extract form. 1000mg ed is fine.
does it matter when you take it or how much?
should I split it up throughout the day or can I just take it all at once in the morning?
At 1000mg PD I would split up doses 2X or 3X.
Milk thistle is good when your done witht he dbol.
