Fat Burning Gels Do They Work?

Do these topical fat burning gels really work? Someone suggested Yohimburn to me to burn off some unwanted fat. I understand if your a guy with bigger tits than most girls its not going to help you; but for me, someone who just wants to remove a little fat from a double chin and on my cheeks is this a solution? I know many are just diuretics, but do any of them really work?

Yohimburn ES works very well on stubborn fat pocket like those you describe.

    Spoonman,
while agreeing that dieting and exercise are essential components of any fat loss plan- it is extremely innaccurate to say that topicals do not work. Particularly ones like yohimburn ES. Topical, or as its known in the pharmaceutical industry transdermal, delivery systems can be quite effective.

    as a further note
Yohimburn ES is now available in a twinpack-

Think you could elaborate on how they work? It was my understanding that what it does is swell the area first and then it goes back to its normal size giving the impression that it had gotten smaller. I wondered the same thing myself about if they work, but it almost seems too good to be true that you can run something on your abs and "melt away" the fat.

I hope Swole sees this post....... there is nothing out there for spot fat reduction. The body will burn fat soley on where it wants.

Just keep dieting and hit up the cardio and the fat from your trouble spots will eventually come off when your body wants it to.

actually *** does say that for some the mobilization of fat (which is what i believe he is refering to) and then the active body burning those mobilized fats are somewhat effective..

Here is my take on the subject....

I think that to a degree they might work, short term. There is no way that any of these creams are as good as they say they are however. Swole admitted to using it before pics which leads me to believe that they could have some use short term for making you look tighter. Probably just draws the water out from between layers of skin and muscle. However, swole also mentioned that you would need an already low BF% probably in the single digits which makes sense because it will only tighten things up, not get rid of the fat.

    IMO

from what i was reading awhile back the best way to use those gels for max effect is to preform an epson salt wrap first to the problem area to get all the excess water away from the surface of the skin this way the gel is less diluted.

Yohimburn ES helps you to burn fat, it is not a diuretic. Yohimbine itself is an anti-diuretic.

the greater the hydration of the skin the better as this creates larger pathways through the dermal layers.

for best results shave and/or exfoliate the areas of application. apply to warm wet skin.

Think about the amount of money you will spend on this stuff man. Save your bucks and eat right, do some cardio, and drink hella water.

There is such a thing as effective spot fat reduction, it's call lyposuction
