    glutamine peptide

    hey guys,

    does anyone know somewhere that sells this and ships to the UK ? all i can find is normal glutamine, which after reading urls found by searcging the forums, doesnt seem to be so good.

    Im gonna use my normal glutamine, got a load of it so may aswell use it

    i planned on using 10grams post workout

    but do i need anymore on workout days , at other times of the day?

    and for non workout days

    10grams upon waking up is enough?

    You can check out the website for Juven. Juven.com. I'm sure they'd ship it to you.

    10g is good for post workout. I would say to take 10g in the morning and 10g in the evening on non-workout days and work out days alike.

    god ****, they dont accept my card it's so annoying most american sites dont accept my card, i can only really order abroad using paypal/some other international money service like wu

    www.kentnutrition.com sells it. 1/2 kilo for $14.99!! I dont know what is special about your credit card, but if you email them I am sure they can work something out for you.

    just a bit, we get raped on ****ing everything
    and to import heavy stuff from america costs too much due to shipping, and then u get ****ed on duty

    arghhh
