    can i just get my potassium from bananas for clen?

    if i eat 3-4 bananas a day, would that be ok for potassium supplementation while on clen or do i have to absolutely get a potassium supplement? thanks i start clen tom by the way.

    be carefull taking potassium pills.........they can be very dangerous..........10000mg will be plenty for you
