Sodium pills? or anything to help shred water

I'm currently in the process of getting lean from 205-188 - right now. I was going to increase my sodium intake next week to get my body used to the high levels then cut back and lose that extra water around my neck, etc.

How should i go about doing this, and are there any supplements I can add(im currently taking yohimbine) to help me out with this?

    Thanks

I think swolecat posted a sodium and potassium saturate/deprive programs somewhere. Do a search for it. I think thats the word I want, saturate? It was about loading your body with it for a day or two then having none for a day or two.

Try bicarbonate too, that quite frequently has both sodium and potassium in it.

Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) is baking soda. Potassium Bicarbonate (KHCO3) is a food addative, ant-acid, baking powder, and fire extinguishing agent. You cant get regular bicarbonate polyatomic ions that I know of because of its negative charge, it likes to be bonded to a positively charged anion, like K and Na.
