Lethargy may occur with some people regardless of what they stack it with (which truely sucks). In order to beat this demotivating feeling, I have read that you should take it a few hours prior to bed. Has anyone tried this? Does it work, or do you still wake up feeling like crap?
No, that won't do it. You will still have it in your system the next day and you'll be tired the next day. Not to mention that your blood levels will be up and day all the time. If you stack it with a real test instead of 4-ad im sure you won't be lethargic.
what works for me is having a red bull before a workout or as needed. try it out it did wonders for me.
try something like valerian it relaxes your nerveous system and makes your sleep better
red-bulls arent bad
Especially when Jager is mixed with it.

Call me stupid guys but what does lathargic mean??? Ive never heard that word before so i have to ask cause i wanna try this m1t and i want to know everything about it but cant seem to find what that word means.

I want to sleep all day on m1t. Nothing has EVER made me this tired. When they say it cuases lethargy in most people, believe it!Test makes me pumped, M1T makes me sleep.
