i have this thermogenic..which stated
Guarana Seed Standardized Extract=800mg(22% caffeine)
so does this mean that in this 800mg..i only get 176mg of caffeine..am i right? so what about the other 624mg of it?
and
Citrus Aurantium Standardized extract=325mg(providing 4% synephrine alkaloids)
which also means i only get 130mg of synephrine? how much synephrine is too much? any ideas?? :unsure:
