hell yea they work. i take it 1 hr before workout 3 x a wk and have sick workouts, it gives you great energy.. on the btl it says not to take more than 3 a day..IMo 3 a day would kill me, it is some speedy sh*t.. have fun and be safe

on a side note. . driving around in the middle of no place and had to fill up with gas. go in the little station. . THE little arabian guy has BOTTLES of the orginal stacker for 9.99. i only had enough money for gas. but i am going back next week. . MWAHAHAHAHA
