time on eca

is there a maximum time you can take eca before losing the benefits. i have been on it for 6 weeks.

Well its a thermo if I'm not mistaken, so it will loose its effect after 8-10 weeks. Stop it in another 2 weeks and take a few weeks off. Stay on a clean diet.

I hear eca loses it's effects after like 2 weeks? Or is that just clen ? Well, I took it for like 4-5 weeks last time and then crashed HARD after quitting cold turkey, and no coffeine. So now I'm going to go 2 on 1 off for a while

eqa provides a slow and steady gain of strength and quality muscle mass. the most positive effects are seen when it is used for longer cycles, usually lasting longer than 8-10 weeks.
