I cant ****in stand the taste of that **** I had to go buy a cap m quick and now i suck down a **** load of pills but it doesnt taste like **** at least
I tried mixing it with everything i could think of and the best was choclate milk but you can still taste it.
by the way if you already have break outs then you will respond better to more personally 5 grams just keeps the breakouts at bay but ive done research and always hear that you need a whopping 20 grams aday in 3 divided doses to have accutane like effects.
I notice also that if i skip a couple days then i have breakouts
Anyone else? This $hit really tastes fcking horrible... Maybe throw some in the PWO shake with all that dextrose/protein/malto i wont be able to taste it?

fvck it, i bought a cap-m-quik lol. 4 of the 000 size caps will be about 5g, i can handle that once or twice a day.
000 size caps are HUGE man good luck I got a 00 and 1 capsule only contains 400 mgs
